I heard about a funny video that was going viral on the BBC, and thought I would check it out (see above). I have to admit that I didn’t find it all that funny, but here is the description.

A 19 year old kid is trying his luck, getting onto a Scottish Rail Train at Edinburgh Park with no barriers without a ticket. The conductor checks his ticket, and when he turns out to be quite offensive he asks him to get off the train. He gets a lot of grief back, insists he’s already paid and keeps showing him a ticket from another journey. The conductor calmly insists that he stops swearing, and get off the train. He states that the train will not leave the station until he gets off, and whereas it won’t bother him to much as he’s being paid, the other passengers might get upset. He still refuses to leave, and this is where the “big man” enters. He quite forcefully shouts “move” and man handles the chav off the train.

I do like it when chav’s are taught a lesson, but at the end of this video, the chav tries to get back onto the train and the big man appears to slam him to the ground which seems quite excessive. He is however met with applause by the other passengers, and someone quotes Indiana Jones saying “no ticket”. As you might expect this video has had mixed reactions. Let us know what you think!

As it’s now 7th December, I think it’s now officially okay to start thinking about Christmas. Therefore I thought I would add a funny Christmas video, and my favourite videos are secret/hidden camera videos. This is a recreation of the old classic, where what appears to be a scary looking snowman model is actually a suit worn by a prankster. He remains still near an East Side Pockets take out in New York, and as people walks past he moves menacingly towards them to make them jump!

The different reactions from each passer by are very funny, although he does try his luck with some large men! This is actually quite brave, especially if you have seen a similar video where a prank goes wrong and the prankster gets punched in the face. All in all, definitely worth a watch and this will likely be the first of a few more Christmas themed funny videos leading up to Christmas and New Year.

This a brilliant video clip taken from the latest series of facejacker (formerly phonejacker) that you can watch on E4. It takes place at Moira’s fish and chips drive thru in Ireland, and provides the facejacker with an opportunity to use a number of his impressions to both bemuse and anger the customers, all for some cheap laughs for us!

The first customer gets an automated line / recording, the second gets the same but with technical difficulties, the Irish accent is used for customer testimonials, and there is a special appearance from the Indian Call Centre character (my personal favourite).

There is also a second part to this clip which you can see on YouTube, which has more from the same customers as well as few extra little lines which will make you laugh out loud.

For any victim of happy slapping, this video will possibly make your day. The video features a couple of lads messing around who think it’s funny to pretend to accidentally slap a passer-by’s girlfriend in the face. I know what you’re thinking, “mutha f**kas”!!!! What do you think you would do in this situation? Well, this turns out to be a huge mistake for the lads as the boyfriend launches an immediate attack on the offenders, landing some good shots (punches) to the face! It looks like he’s definitely had some fighting training, perhaps he’s a boxer looking at the stance he took and the fact he didn’t throw any kicks. In my opinion, justice has been well and truly served!

This is another German hidden camera TV show (I love these!), where this time they dig a huge whole in the middle of a busy forest area, fill it with water and cover it with leaves so that no one can see it. Excellent. Initially I thought this might also be a setup, but the reaction of the unlucky vitims seems quite genuine as they plunge underwater in what looks like freezing conditions! The main victims seem to be unsuspecting joggers, but my favourite are the cyclists! Once the front wheel of the bike becomes submerged it catapults them forwards so that they execute the perfect face plant into the water! The people I feel most sorry for though are the couple with the dogs, and If I’m honest, I probably feel most sorry for the dogs as they don’t get to see the funny side afterwards!

This hidden camera prank was originally uploaded as a video to YouTube called “never scare a black man”. I think it should probably be called don’t scare someone that has the potential to knock you out! Either way this halloween prank goes wrong when a group of American teenagers interview someone about trick or treating. During the interview, one of the team are dressed up as a mask and are hiding in a nearby bin. He jumps out to scare the interviewee, but in true fight or flight fashion, he chooses to fight and lamps him straight in the face! I watched it a few times and I definitely don’t think this was a setup, it looks like an honest reaction and a great punch!

Hidden camera TV shows have always been a favourite of mine, and this is a great clip from “Just for Laughs”. A lady drops her wallet into a harbour and can be seen leaning over the peer trying to get it back as it bobs up and down on the water. When she asks a passer-by to help, a man dressed as Swamp Thing jumps out from under the water to terrify the individual! Funnily, it’s the people you least expect to be scared that have the funniest reaction! Most people let out a little shriek until the realisation hits them that it was all just a prank. However, watch for the big guy. He screams and almost topples backwards in an attempt to escape. “Macho macho man…”
