This is one strong kid! In this video he is performing some incredible body weight strength exercises which most adults couldn’t perform, and would be seen as maybe advanced difficulty exercises / techniques for a gymnast! Even though this kid is only 5 years old, he has a completely ripped physique with astonishing muscular development for such a young age, and very low body fat for a child. It reminds me of Richard Sandrak, who famously had a body builders body and could do incredible feats of strength and balance at a young age. Unfortunately this isn’t natural or genetic, but comes from sacrificing your childhood for non-stop intensive training! The kid and the video is really quite amazing though, I just wonder what emotions you feel after seeing it!
