This video is a recommendation from Jonathan Garrett, from SEO Creative. It is a 1 minute clip from an episode of Top Gear showing the auto brake system using by Mercedes failing miserably. The auto brake system is designed to brake automatically if an obstruction is detected by a sonar at the front of the car. The car is designed to slow down, and if appropriate will perform an emergency stop to prevent it from crashing. In this test, a Mercedes sets off into a foggy environment where a car up ahead can’t be seen. The car should stop but unfortunately ploughs directly into the back of the stopped car, smashing up both cars and releasing the air bags!

In a comment from Jeremy Clarkson after the video, he says:

“I love it when things go wrong for the Germans! I’m feeling a little hot under mein collar!”

Hopefully this little snag has since been resolved, but I wouldn’t like to give it a try… Explaining that to your insurance company could be a real pain!

This video is a bit of a shit clip but how good would it be to get an Audi R8 as a tip- *nudges boss*!

Apparantly the Car parking attendants from Cape town were given the supercar Audi R8, worth around £161k / $262k by an annonymous businessman after he had a dream about doing a good deed. This could be part of the ‘pay it forward’ craze where you do something good for a number of people for no gain to yourself and eventually you create a better environment for yourself and everyone in which everyone benefits.

This pay it forward trend, was shown in a film with that wierd kid from sixth sense, Hayley Joel Osmond.

I think this video would have been better if we could have seen the Car Park attendants racing round in the car, instead they butchered the bonnet/boot so people could donate money! I’d pay more money to see them write of the car or race it ha ha!

This was recently tweeted by Ashton Kutcher and we thought it was worth a post! The video is of 2 guys trying to wash their 4×4 with a power hose. They lose control over the hose and it starts flying around everywhere causing all kinds of havoc and they get quite a lot of water full on in the face! Initially my friend thought this might be a setup as one of them falls to the floor, and it looks like he pretends to be unconscious for a while but then suddenly leaps to his feet. It looks suspicious, however I have had the misfortune to have been sprayed with one of these hoses in the past, and I can say from personal experience that they HURT like HELL!!! This makes me believe perhaps it was genuine, but then why were they filming themselves washing the car…? Have a watch and see what you think!
